• Memberships are non-refundable.

• Membership benefits are non-transferable, except as outlined under sharing.

• No rollovers — unused services expire monthly.

• One service may be redeemed per month per membership.

• Membership may be shared with up to 2 family members, limited to Four shared visits per calendar year.

• The “month” is defined by your membership billing date.
