Arrival

Please aim to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled massage to permit ample time for check-in. As a courtesy to other members and guests, we must start and end each massage service at the scheduled time; accordingly, we will not be able to extend the time of your service if you arrive late.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

In consideration of other guests and our employee’s schedule, we require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service price.

No-shows will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.

Gratuity & Forms of Payment

Gratuity is not included in the price of your spa treatment. We recommend a minimum 20 percent gratuity. We accept all major credit cards, cash and OFF SHORE SPA Gift Cards.

Medical Conditions

We respect the health of our guests and ask that you inform your wellness provider of any injuries, surgeries, medication, pregnancy or medical conditions as some treatments may be contraindicated or need to be modified.

Please bring your own bathing suit for a better experience if you book any of the spa treatment.
